Checks to ensure new mothers recover fully and safely after childbirth.

 

Assessment covers pelvic floor strength, abdominal separation, and overall physical well-being, offering guidance on recovery and safe exercise to support a healthy postpartum journey

Painful Sex

Issues related to painful sex, offering compassionate and confidential care.

 

I explore underlying causes, from pelvic floor dysfunction to hormonal changes, and provide tailored treatment plans, including physical therapy and pain management strategies, to restore comfort and intimacy

Pre and Post Operative Care

Pre and post-operative care for gynaecological surgeries, offering targeted rehabilitation and support.

 

My focus is on optimizing recovery, managing pain, and improving pelvic floor function, ensuring a smoother surgical journey and enhanced outcomes for my patients

Safe Exercise during and After Pregnancy

I guide women through safe pre and postpartum exercise, promoting a healthy pregnancy and recovery.

I  also specialize in helping women safely return to running, weight training and HITT   postpartum  ensuring a confident and safe return to physical activity
